An advanced civilisation is characterized by the way in which it buries its dead. This ceremony reflects the values and identity of a nation. These ideas are expressed in each tradition and are drawn from different sources. BINZ constructs hearses for different cultures. Our OMNIEL model was created based on the requirements of the English funeral tradition. This demands open, transparent, light casket areas with a lot of glass. This vehicle is the ideal combination of traditional English procedures and expectations with the BINZ tradition. The result has already been given the nickname ‘Cinderella hearse’. The name says it all. It is the perfect description of the intention that stood at the beginning of its development – to create a glass sculpture on wheels.
